Hello, I'm Nasly, here I am with my brother Dario, greetings from Colombia. Dario has HSP SPG11. We are looking for a comprehensive management, since in the third world orphan diseases are forgotten and do not give them the care they need, we found this group and it is a hope for my brother to have a better quality of life.
