I Don't Know my SPG

Public·6 membres

We’re here together in this group to help, listen, and support each other. No one has to face HSP alone.

This chat is our shared space to lean on each other, share the hard moments, and celebrate the small victories. With HSP, none of us should walk alone, we’re here, side by side.

My story

I have not been formally evaluated as having HSP. However, my dad, my siblings, nephews, nieces all have various degrees of walking difficulties. My neurologist concurs I have HSP but I have not been tested formally. I first noticed a gait irregularity during my late teens. I am now 74 and recently after several falls, I am becoming increasingly concerned that I won’t be ambulatory much longer. I am currently using a cane with a quad tip.
