Still looking for key players

What we are anticipating is that it will be even better than Chat GPT for health insights- We are using a small language model so that we can keep the information “pure” without noise and to lower hallucinations. I am also attaching a slide from my original startup business plan that describes a lot of what we are incorporating into the minimum viable product we are building. We don’t anticipate having agenetic AI for this round though.

We will also be connecting the social media aspect in a platform with a patient hub that will house their electronic health records. I am hopefully going to finalize contract negotiations very soon with the developer of HealthEsphere: https://www.ihealthesphere.com. Check out the website. It offers a lot of wonderful tools! Access to this platform will be through an identify provider key so that we can keep patient records HIPAA protected. Patient records and social media conversations will be de identified and put into the small language model in order to inform the GenAI. We will be implementing RAG technology and be able to track patterns identified in the information pulled.

I have contracted with Hivebrite so that we can build community experience that is very similar to Facebook and will allow for branding, groups, subgroups, communication methods, and so much more. What I’m building is intended to eventually be open to individuals just tracking their health and wellness, but is starting with a few select rare disease patient groups- of course HSP being one of them.

As for product management tools, we are not anticipating putting those into the beta model, but should you take on a roll in the pre-launch user-interface and user-experience development, you will have access to the tools we use (and I’m open to learning about more, particularly if you find something more accessible than another). Right now, my team is using Notion, Slack, Zoom. Tech team is about to set up a project management plan once we define my tech developers roles.

There have been new plans for hardware as this is intended to be a phone app- though my developers are” wrapping” the website like an app for the first prototype. Once we can prove that the business model is working and will be successful based on user adoption, we plan to build a second iteration as an app.

Yes- this will be global and we are following GDPR standards. My team is also going to add on a layer for translations.

Will we be getting any state of the art hardware? Hardware isn’t something we’re providing yet, because this early stage is structured around remote consulting and digital collaboration, but I am always open to discussion as things may be determined necessary.

Will i be alpha testing: Right now we are structuring the foundation for what the first prototype experience will look like. So, essentially, the entire HSP community who want to participate will be beta testing, along with a couple of other disease groups. What I’m hoping you could help with is with laying that foundational experience of what it will look like for for the users and what might make most sense for an introductory experience. There are a lot of bells and whistles that Hivebrite offers, but what we really want to do is to keep it as basic as possible to start and then build from there. I would love to get insight from you about that and maybe even if you want to pull some other key players from the community to weigh in, that would be great. It has been on my agenda to reach out again to the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation, but your post caught my eye first and I like the fact that what you are doing feels more organic and community driven. Not that the SPF isn’t, but what we are developing really focuses on building things from the ground up, rather than working within pre-set standards of procedure and regulations.

I did not notice that you have quite a bit of tech experience. With this background, I think it is helpful that you will be able to understand what we are doing. We have an entire team dedicated to making sure we get the appropriate data and that it is standardized. Ozair, the developer of HealthEsphere, has extensive experience in FHIR and interoperability.
