Since December, we have grown to become an active community. We attribute our reputation to the lasting relationships we’ve developed throughout the months, and we pride ourselves on putting passion and dedication into everything that we do. We believe that all of our friends deserve the highest level of service.

About Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP)

HSP — Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia — is a group of rare, inherited disorders that cause progressive stiffness and weakness in the legs. But behind the diagnosis is a resilient, global community of people who live with adaptation, humor, and hope.

Our mission is to connect, educate, and empower those affected by HSP — patients, families, caregivers, and advocates alike. Through shared experiences and open dialogue, we break isolation, raise awareness, and challenge stigma.

This space is built by and for people who understand what it means to live with visible and invisible disabilities. Together, we move forward — even when our bodies resist motion — toward recognition, research, and community care.
