Nancy

@ntalner was also a big help with our caregiver's guides. Her Facebook profile gives a clue as to her background and she most recently joined this group. Nancy, where are you located?

Ok- i think we need to pause this until we come up with more structure. I love that we are actually beta-testing the beta-testing process. That will be a priority to discuss next week. I think we need to pause for now- This is from Sid:

I wanted to make a small but important suggestion regarding how we handle testing across both applications.

From my experience, testing with personal or real user IDs tends to create downstream complexity especially when it comes to data segregation, cleanup, audits, and future migrations. Over time, it becomes difficult (and sometimes risky) for database admins to reliably distinguish real data from test data if testing isn’t done using clearly designated test identities. Who's ready to start doing some Winsights testing?

Go for it with Nancy and the other two. Some things Sid wants to be check are: The feedback we’re looking for is mainly around the end-to-end user experience, not technical internals. If it helps, I'll do the testing and share a feedback on the following theme :

What to test (tech-simple):

Log in to Winsights Hub, then navigate to Winsights Social using the same account.Verify that no re-registration is required and the user is recognized automatically.Log out and log back in to confirm session consistency.(Optional) Test a new user signup and confirm the account works across both apps.

What feedback is most useful:

Does the transition feel seamless or confusing?Any unexpected prompts, redirects, or friction?Does the login experience match expectations from a user’s point of view?Anything that feels unclear or worth improving before broader rollout?

Not a very good shot from my phone in horizontal mode, but I though you might like a peek.

I've been given access to the test account and it's quite eager to get access for our key players and move forward as @kasey directs.
